Well It is the day after Christmas which is usually a very depressing day in my world...but this year is different. It is different because of this~
It does not snow in Portland. This year it did...I happen to live in a hilly area from which it can be difficult to get out of when something like this happens. This year we had the first White Christmas that I can ever remember in Portland. As a result my family postponed Christmas until we can get out of our homes safely. It was weird not being with my mom on Christmas. This was actually the first year of my life that I did not see her on Christmas Day.
I love Christmas. I love it so much that I got married in December so I could have a Christmas Wedding. This year is sort of fun because now I get to "drag out" Christmas even longer. If I keep playing holiday music, I think my husband might freak. I guess I'll find out.
